Structure of The Order

The Order is administered by a National Council, elected by its members. It is cared for pastorally in each country by a nationally elected Warden.

In each country the Order is broken down into local Chapters, presided over by Chaplains or Lay Conveners, who are admitted to office by the UK Warden, or his/her agreed representative. Wherever possible each chapter is assigned a Chaplain who is an ordained minister. You will find their contact details under the Executive web page.

Membership of the Order is open to those over eighteen who are in goodstanding within their church and in sympathy with the principles of the Order. Those wishing to join the Order complete an application form which is returned to the Membership Secretary along with a letter of commendation from their own Minister. Their application is then considered by the Council.
